According to Marco Sarabia Rodelo, Secretary of Urban Development, during these months they will do complementary work that will gradually help avoid as much traffic as possible once the road work begins in the summer.
As an alternate route, you may take the free road Tijuana-Rosarito, please consider that in short road sections in different locations, small pavement work in being done, but there is still access to Rosarito or Tijuana.
